Material
Kinshing engineer staff could guide customers to choose the suitable silicone material for their application, since customers sometimes are unknow the performance of the material, and which one is best for their application requirements.
As we work with a wide range of materials to produce silicone molded parts, in this way, we will help them successfully meet their needs.
Additionally, customers also can purchase prototypes made of different materials to test various products to determine which one is the best type.
Our prototypes are molded using custom (dedicated) metal tooling that is guaranteed for hundreds of parts and most tooling can run nearly any type of silicone and other materials without modification.
High Consistency Rubber (HCR) is the silicone rubber material that we mostly used.

Silicone materials exhibit outstanding heat resistance and cold resistance, allowing them to endure long-term use in environments up to 180°C when exposed to air. By incorporating high-temperature additives into the material, there is significant potential to enhance its temperature resistance. Standard silicone rubber materials can achieve a lifespan of 20 years at 120°C and 5 years at 150°C.

Silicone Electrical Insulation
Silicone rubber boasts outstanding advantages in dielectric strength, power factor, and insulation performance, exhibiting minimal changes with temperature and frequency variations. Across a broad temperature range, dielectric strength remains essentially constant. Within a wide frequency range, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent also remain nearly unchanged. Silicone rubber demonstrates excellent resistance to corona and arc discharge, with a corona resistance life approximately a thousand times that of polytetrafluoroethylene and an arc resistance life roughly 20 times that of fluoroelastomers.
